Receiving Clerk

Overview:

This position is responsible for providing clerical support for the Shipping and Receiving department.

Responsibilities:

* Scanning and filing of various documents (shippers, receivers, etc.)

* Printing and organizing work orders and travelers

* Create purchase requisitions in Oracle for various departments within the plant

* Utilize strong professional communication, both verbal and written, to interact with all levels of internal and external customers

* Order entry into Oracle system

Qualifications:

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

* Valid Driver’s License

* Enthusiastic team player who can build effective working relationships

* Strong ethical behaviour

* Education:

* High School Diploma
