Jr. Accounts Payable Clerk

This position requires an Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance or business administration, with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a recent accounting position with accounts payable experience. AS400 experience is desired.

Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for all AP Florence productive invoice entry
• Month end manual accrual preparation and entry
• Responsible for Monthly Related Party Accounts Payable reconciliation
• Accounting data entry
• Separate mail and obtain approvals
• Assist with year-end audit requests
• Filing, copying and scanning
• General understanding of accounting systems is a must.

Preferred 
• Excel experience

• Self-directed to organize, schedule and prioritize tasks effectively
• High personal ethics to maintain appropriate degree of confidentiality and to ensure compliance with Standards of Business Conduct
